i really woudl ve been impressed if the dinner for our party of 15 had been better organized, but alas, some of us were waiting forever while others finished. don’t even get me started on the so-called shuttle service that was 'unavailable' when it actually wasn’t. a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, too.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and comfortable accommodations.

I experienced issues during my stay at Hampton Inn Zacatecas. The dinner service for our large family party of 15 was chaotic, with some of us waiting long after others had finished. Additionally, I was misinformed about the shuttle service to the airport. upon check-in, I was told it wasn't available, which caused us inconvenience in arranging alternate transportation.

The room was nice and clean, providing a comfortable retreat for our family. Breakfast options were delightful, especially the cottage cheese, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the dinner service left much to be desired, with delays that disrupted our plans, and the limited nearby dining options made finding meals inconvenient. Additionally, the shuttle service was misleading, adding extra stress to our travel arrangements.
